  1. Start with one recurring question; identify the records it depends on and reconcile identities, definitions, periods, and source authority.
  2. Turn the agreed rules into role-based views that preserve scope, source, and reporting period.
  3. Automate recurring work with validation, permissions, review steps, exception handling, and traceable changes.
  4. Monitor the process, resolve exceptions, and keep access rules and documentation aligned as the organization changes.

The Problem It Works On

Organizations have systems for recording work, but often no governed method for deciding what those records mean together. When a recurring question crosses systems, identities, definitions, reporting periods, source authority, permissions, and correction rules must be reconciled. If those rules live in spreadsheets, meetings, and institutional memory, the answer must be rebuilt by hand and may change with the person producing it. AI increases the urgency: it can select and circulate an answer, but it cannot give that answer authority inside the organization.

What It Offers
