Private AI & Business Intelligence · 2026 — Present

Rudiment Intelligence — Founder

Founded Rudiment Intelligence LLC — private AI business-intelligence systems for 10–100 person companies, with a live product and a public demonstration vault.

The Company#

Rudiment builds private intelligence systems for 10–100 person businesses — companies that run on QuickBooks, HubSpot, and memory while enterprises run on platforms. Each engagement unifies a client's scattered data into a governed vault and installs a private AI grounded in their own numbers: ask the business anything, and every answer arrives with its sources attached. When the data cannot support an answer, the system declines rather than guesses.

The Product#

The product is live, not promised. Rudiment OS runs a public demonstration vault — command center, customer and revenue intelligence, role-based access, an interrogable AI — on a fictional company, so no client's numbers are ever exposed. Engagements run from a readiness audit to full installation, each built personally and priced with known scope.

Why This Company#

The through-line to the rest of my work is exact: institutional data made trustworthy enough to act on. Rudiment is that discipline, sold to the businesses the enterprise software industry forgot. The same architecture I build for a college dean's office — governed sources, verifiable answers, decision-ready views — scaled down to the companies that need it most and can least afford to build it themselves.

Evidence#

The company site and the live demo vault are both public — the product can be inspected, not just described.
